摘要 采用数值模拟方法对处在弯管附件后均速管流量计的输出特性进行了研究.计算中采用k-ε湍流模型,应用有限体积法对控制方程进行离散.计算得到了弯管后管道中不同位置处流量计采用平行、垂直、45°(相对于弯管平面)三种安装方式情况下的差压输出,结合管道及流量计内部流场分布对流量计输出特性进行了分析.结果表明,数值计算结果与实测结果具有很好的一致性.对比三种安装方式的误差,流量计采用垂直于弯管平面的安装方式最优. The output characteristics of the averaging pitot tube flowmeter installed downstream a plane elbow was studied numerically. A k-e based turbulence model was applied to solve the turbulent problem. The con trol equation was discretized with the finite volume method. Three installing styles had been examined, i.e. parallel, vertical and 45°(relative to the elbow plane). The output characteristic of the flowmeter was discussed by studying the flow field data in the pipe and that inside the flowmeter, The result shows excellent consistent ency between practical testing data and calculation data. A comparison of the errors caused by the three instal ling methods indicates the verticality style is optimal.
