新型自适应分段方法及电源/地阻抗特性分析

Novel Adaptive Sectional Method and Analysis of the Impedance Characteristic of Power/Ground Structure

摘要 提出了一种新型的自适应分段方法,利用高精度的伪谱多项式模型及Padé有理模型作为基础,综合采样点校验准确和模型间校验快速的优点,自适应地对分析区域进行分段逼近.研究结果表明,该方法很好地实现了逼近的准确和高效,尤其适用于开槽电源/地平面结构的阻抗特性等具有非线性和多峰特点的一类问题的快速分析. An adaptive sectional method was presented based on the pseudo polynomial model and Padé rational model.With combination of the validation between samples and the validation between different models, the method can automatically give the accurate approximation section by section. The results show that the proposed method can achieve high accuracy and good efficiency simultaneously, which facilities analysis of those problems with strong nonlinearity and multiple peaks, such as the impedance characteristic of power/ground structure.
