Anti-dumping Filing Mechanism Based on Vertical Market Structure

在垂直市场结构条件下,对上游进口产品征收反倾销税会通过投入产出关系直接或间接增加本国下游产业的成本,并导致下游产业的继发性反倾销发生,这又反过来会影响到上游产业厂商反倾销起诉的决策.从企业利润最大化的角度运用博弈论中的逆向归纳法建立了在垂直市场结构条件下中间产品市场和最终产品市场的均衡模型;分析了影响上下游产业反倾销起诉决策的因素;提出了上下游产业提起反倾销诉讼的决策机制,为上下游产业是否决定提起反倾销诉讼提供了理论依据.

Anti-dumping duty imposed on the imports of upstream industry will add to the cost of its domestic downstream producers, causing the occurrence of cascading anti-dumping filing which will influence the upstream producers＇ anti dumping decision. By means of the backward induction of game theory, this paper established two equilibriums of upstream and downstream markets and studied the factors which influence the upstream and downstream producers＇ decision making from the perspective of producers＇ profit maximization. Consequently it puts forward a theoretic mechanism for upstream and downstream industry to file its anti-dumping suit.
