摘要
应用灰关联理论对发动机的故障进行诊断。灰关联分析属非函数型的序列模式,能有效处理杂散数据。通过建立工程机械发动机系统故障树,运用灰关联分析对关联度进行计算及排序,给出各种故障模式发生的可能性排序,从而为处理故障、控制故障的发生以及改进系统的可靠性提供理论依据。
Grey correlative theory is applied in the fault diagnosis of engines. Grey correlative analysis is non-function alignment mode and can dispose promiscuous data effectively. By establishing the fault tree of engine system of construction machinery, the grey correlative analysis is applied in the calculation and ordering of grey correlative degree of fault, and the possibility of various fault modes is offered. Therefore, it provides the theoretical basis for disposing and controlling fault and improving the reliability of the system. A diagnosis example shows that the method is feasible and effective.
