本研究从学习者需求角度出发,通过问卷调查的方式对于新时期大学英语教师应该发挥的作用和扮演的角色进行了调查和分析,明确了学生对于大学英语教师业务素质和职业素质两方面的具体要求。

Based on a survey on college English learners＇ expectations, this study probes into the roles that should be played by college English teachers in the new period. An analysis of the findings clarifies the qualifications of college English teachers both in terms of specialty and profession.
