除Zn(0.01 mmol/L)处理外,其余Zn处理间差异显著.
A pot culture experiment in greenhouse was used to study effects of various Cd and Zn pollution on quality of tomato and residue content of Cd and Zn. The results showed that Cd and Zn could affect tomato quality. With the increase in levels of heavy metal, ( Cd: 0. 001 mmol/L-0. 1 mmol/L, Zn: 0. 01 mmol/L-1. 0 mmol/L ), the content of solubility solid matter, vitamin C, and soluble sugar decreased in the mass, but they did not changed significantly. On the contrary, organic acid increased and changed significantly. Cd and Za content in tomato fruits rose with the increase in concentration of pollution. There was significant difference between treatment and control under Cd treatment. Under Zn treatment, Zn content enhanced significantly except Zn (0. 01mmol/L) treatment. Comparing to hygienic standard of vegetables, Cd content in tomato exceeded hygienic standard, while Zn content did not exceed hygienic standard.
