文章阐述了图书馆知识资本及运营的内涵,分析了图书馆进行知识资本运营的必要性和图书馆知识资本运营的机制,并构建以管理和文化相结合的文化诱导模式作为图书馆知识资本运营的有效模式。
The article describes the library knowledge capital and the operation of it, analyses the necessity at the library to carry on the knowledge capital operation and the mechanism of the library knowledge capital operation, then builds the cultural induction pattern which combines management with cultural , as the effective pattern of the library knowledge capital operation.
