近年来,高等院校毕业生逐渐增多,但是由于大部分毕业生对有关就业方面的法律知识缺乏了解,因此在就业过程中产生了许多问题。本文系统地分析了大学生就业过程中就业协议的签订、就业协议与劳动合同的区别等法律问题,从而为大学生更加理性的签订就业协议提供参考和帮助。

In recent years, university graduates gradually increase, but because the majority of graduates lack the understanding to the labor Law, therefore many problems occur in the employment process. This article systematically analyzes how to sign the employment agreement, the difference between the employment agreement and the employment contract and so on, in order to provide the reference and the help for the university students to sign the employment agreement.
