HPLC法测定双花滴耳液中绿原酸的含量

摘要 目的建立双花滴耳液中绿原酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,KromasilC18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(15∶85),检测波长为328nm,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:室温。结果平均回收率为99.8%,相对标准偏差为1.51%(n=5)。结论本试验所建立的高效液相色谱法绿原酸在0.1024~0.6144μg线性关系良好。 Objective To establish the method of content determination of chlorogenic acid in Shuanghua eardrop. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was adopted with Kromasil C18 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm) and acetonitrile-0.4% phosph acid solution (10 : 85) as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 328 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was room temperature, Results Average recovery was 99.8%, relative standard error was 1.51% (n = 5). Conclusion The linearity relationship of chiorogenic acid was good at the range of 0.102 4 - 0.061 44 μg.
