肩袖损伤的研究概况

General research situation on the rotator cuff injury

肩袖是由冈上肌、冈下肌、肩胛下肌和小圆肌的肌腱构成的包裹肱骨头的袖套样结构。调查表明,肩袖损伤占肩关节疾患发病率的相当大的比重。本文通过查找研究相关资料,对肩袖的生理解剖,损伤的病因病理等方面进行概括总结,从而为肩袖疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据,具有重要意义。

The rotator cuff is a sleeve-shaped structure which is wrapping the humeral bone, also made up of the sinew in the supraspinatus muscle,infraspinatus muscle,lower-scapular muscle and knolls muscle.The investigaton shows that the rotator cuff injury takes a substantial proportion in shoulder joint desease. Through finding and reseaching relevent information, this paper has summerized physiological dissection of the rotator cuff , etiology and pathology of injury, providing the gist for the diagnose and treatment of this kind of illness, and it has a great significance in both academic and practical fields.
