和谐社会:当代中国社会发展的价值理想

Harmonious Society--A Value Idea of Developing in the Chinese Modern Society

面对全球化时代的挑战,当代中国提出了"和谐社会"思想,其实质是确立当代中国社会发展的价值理想。这一社会发展理想可以从三个方面加以理解。首先,和谐社会是通向共产主义的必然环节;其次,和谐社会是中国优秀传统文化的内在要求;最后,和谐社会体现了全球化时代的中华民族精神。

Being challenged by Globalization, in order to establish a value idea for modern society of China, scholars have put forward a thinking of ＂harmonious society＂. It could be understand as the following aspects, firstly, ＂harmonious society＂ is a necessary step to communism; secondly, ＂harmonious society＂ comes from the inner traditional culture characteristics of China; thirdly, ＂harmonious society＂ represents the national spirit of modern China in the era of Globalization.
