摘要
通过对价值工程的应用原则和应用程序进行分析,在采办的过程中提出了运用价值工程的技术和管理措施。并结合武器装备管理中的实例,说明了价值工程在降低采办费用、提高采办效益中重要作用。
This article analysis the application principle and application procedure of VE; in the course of purchase, it bring forward technology and management measure applying VE; and combine the example in the weapon equipment management ,explain the important function of VE in reducing purchase cost, and improving purchase benefit.
