摘要
自SA8000问世以来,我国在贸易领域已经不能回避与国际劳工标准相关的一系列问题。由于资本的现实稀缺性,加之缺乏应有的道德和法律约束,使处于社会转型时期的职工权益保障出现了许多令人关注的问题。诸如,"血汗工厂"问题、童工问题等。其中,某些问题也是发展中国家遇到的共同问题。文中主要从经济学的视角审视SA8000,研究SA8000的影响和我国的对策。
Since the inception of SA8000, China has not evaded a series of questions in the area of trade and international labor standards. Because of scarce of capital and lack of proper moral and legal constraints, the problems about the rights and interests of workers are concerned in the period of social transformation, such as "sweatshops", the problem of child labor. Among them, some of the issues are faced by most developing countries. This paper analyzes the impact of SA8000 and China's countermeasures from an economic point.
