摘要
公立医院作为我国政府举办公共卫生事业的主要机构承担着为广大人民群众提供公平、有效的医疗卫生服务的社会职能。如何加强政府对公立医院的管理,形成有效的管理机制成为我国公立医院管理体制改革的重点。讨论了在我国实施"政事分开"、"管办分开"的公立医院管理体制改革的潜在意义及可能的模式。
The duty of state-owned public hospitals as the main constitution for public health affair under direction of the government is to provide Chinese people with equal and effective medical and healthy services. How to reinforce the government's management upon state-owned public hospitals so as to form efficient and effective management system is the key to China's managerial mechanism reform for state-owned public hospitals. This paper deals with the significance and potential models of the reforms of public hospital administrative structure.
