国企员工性别差异对沟通满意度影响的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章通过对西安国有企业沟通满意度的调查,发现不同性别员工的沟通满意度存在显著差异性,并利用多元回归分析法找到了影响员工沟通满意度的关键因素,对其进行具体的解释和讨论。
