摘要
本文介绍了由《Communication Week International》、《Com-munication International》和咨询机构Coba集团合作组织的问卷调查,请用户就客户服务、网络质量、资费、提供的业务、业务水平协议等6项指标分别对传统和新的运营者进行打分,并综合运营者的财务状况排定座次。然后,对这一调查结果,包括全球战略联盟现象,进行了评论和分析,同时,较客观地反映了一些用户的心声。
A Questionaire was issued by the Communications Week International, Communications International journals and a consultation organization-Coba, asking customers to score the conventional and new carriers in terms of customer service, network quality, tariff, service provision and service level agreement, and arranging the carriers in order according to their overall financial positions. This paper makes some analyses and comments on the result and the strategic alliance phenomenon, and reflects the opinions of some customers.
