Problems Existring in Braille Dot-Word Base Design and its Solution

在实际工作学习时,尤其是正常人学习盲文,或正常人之间需要用盲文交流时,或者盲文和普通文字的混排,或者需要简单的方法把盲文输入到普通的文档中。主要介绍了盲文字库的设计方法,以及解决该字库在不同计算机之间的移植和盲文字符的输入法等问题。

A simple method to input Braille into ordinary archives is often required in our daily work and study, especially while teaching Braille to normal people, or communicating via Braille among them, or mix-composing ordinary words and Braille, etc. In this article we introduced how to design a word base for Braille, how to transplant the library from one computer to another, as well as the input method for Braille, etc.
