摘要 设计和制作了工具阴极和工装,用微秒级可调脉冲电源进行了微细电解加工的试验,加工出了复杂型槽的工件。加工工艺合理,效果良好。 Developed the cathode and tooling. Processed the trial of the Electrochemical micro machining by using the μs -grade power supply. Produced the workpiece with complex slug. The machining technology was reasonable and the effect was good.
