This paper has introduced the development of the multi - functional friction and wear tester, which is optimized manufacturing routing and compounding formula on the basis of analyzing wearing because of different rotational speeds, drilling pressure and torque. These jobs are helpful to research deeply, in the same time, to find disabled reasons of ultra hard material products.
