摘要
针对机床滑枕自重弯曲变形问题,从有限元分析入手,基于Fanuc-0i-MC系统采用油压缸-拉杆补偿系统的方法,保证了在机床全行程内的精度,经实践证明,是一种精度高、经济而有效的方法。
This paper presents the method adopting pressure cylinder - draw rod compensation system and finite element analysis to solve the problem of back tilting of the square ram when is goes out to move forward on NC milling machine. The experiments show that this method can reach the accuracy requirement, and is effective and economical.
