摘要
以陶瓷材料的物理、力学性能为依据,应用模糊数学中的模糊综合评判原理,建立了陶瓷材料可加工性的模糊综合评判模型,提出了一种对陶瓷材料可加工性进行综合评判的新方法。根据提出的评判方法,对几种可加工陶瓷材料的可加工性进行评价,结果表明,该方法是可行的,而且易于运用计算机来处理,具有较高的效率和准确性。
Based on the physical and mechanical properties of ceramic materials, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principal in the fuzzy mathematics is applied to establish a model of machinability evaluation of machinable ceramic materials, a new method of machinability for ceramic materials is brought up. Moreover, machinability of several kinds of machinable ceramic materials is evaluated, the results show that the method is feasible and ease in computer handling, with high efficiency and accuracy.
