摘要
分析了大型主轴失效的原因和形式,对大型主轴的常见修复方法进行了简要的介绍,指出各种方法的过程、适用领域和特点,针对大型主轴现场修复的特点及主要问题,设计了一种行星磨削装置,阐述了装置的工作原理和结构特点,为大型主轴的现场修复提供了一种可行的技术。
The forms and the reasons for the failure of the huge spindle are analyzed. In brief, the article introduces usual methods of repairing the huge principal axis at home, and points out their main processes, fields of application and characteristics. On the basis of analyzing the main problems of on - the - spot repair, we design a planet grinding equipment to repair the principal axis. The processes of modeling and simulating based on virtual manufacturing technology are introduced. The basic principle and characteristics of the equipment are showed in the end. It directs a feasible technology to repair the huge principal axis on - the - spot.
