浙江的开放模式是顺比较优势的"倒逼型"开放:在对外开放的基点上,立足于发挥和增进内源式经济的比较优势;在对外开放的路径选择上,是由市场区际化→市场国际化→生产过程国际化→要素投入国际化演进的"倒逼型"、渐进式开放。对浙江开放模式起关键性作用的是获得性要素资源,浙江企业家的丰裕度位居全国各省市首位,是浙江参与区际竞争与国际竞争的最突出的比较优势。文章还分析了浙江开放模式面临的问题,并对其未来趋向作了研判。

The open up model of Zhejiang Province is a 'reversed' pro-competitive advantageous model. The basis of the model is the open up process to the outside world. By taking advantage and increasing the competitive advantage of endogenous economy, Zhejiang took a progressive approach from market regionalization to market internationalization and then to production process internationalization and factor investment internationalization finally, a 'reversed' development progress. The acquired factor resource played a key role in the open up model of Zhejiang. The congregation of entrepreneurs in Zhejiang Province tops China’s other provinces and is the most distinctive competitive advantage in the regional and international competition of Zhejiang. This paper also analyzed the problems the Zhejiang model is facing and studied and forecasted the future trend.
