On the Love Theme of Moonlight over the Lotus Pond from Narratology

对《荷塘月色》的主题理解一直存在着分歧。但无论是"政治说"还是"人生感伤说",基本的思维都是从文本外部而不是从文本内部进行论证。本文则从内证出发,以文本提供的信息为根据,运用现代叙述学理论,分析论证了《荷塘月色》的主题乃是叙述人"我"的情感压抑、倾诉和彷徨。

There have been controversies about the theme of Moonlight over the Lotus Pond. Either the Political View or the Life Sentimentality Views is based on the setting of the text but not on the text itself. The paper, based on the narratology, drew the conclusion that the theme is the emotional repression, expression and hesitation of the narrator by analyzing the text and the information offered by the text.
