小型机械压汽蒸馏装置系统性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了自主研发的日产2~3m3的机械压汽蒸馏纯净水装置的综合性能,考察了压缩机转速和辅助电加热功率对系统性能的影响。试验结果表明,提高压缩机转速可以显著提高水产量。同时,电加热功率对系统的启动时间有着很大的影响,并随着加热功率的增大,产水量也随之增加。 A mechanical vapor compression water desalination system (MVC) with a capacity of 3 m^3/d was applied to meet various requirements for fresh water. In this study, an experiment was performed on the MVC system under various operating conditions. The experimental results indicated that the production rate increased with the increases of compressor rotation speed. The increases of the electric heater power could shorten the preheating period and heighten the distilled water output.
