文化产业总是依赖科技创新而存在及发展。根据公元607年至今的科技创新和文化产业发展历程,得出文化产业发展四个阶段的看法,并进一步对文化产业增长周期进行了论述。以此为背景去发掘科技创新与文化产业发展的规律性问题,提出了科技创新加速发展规律、文化产业增长周期规律、科技创新之于文化产业增长的反作用等。

The existence and development of the cultural industry always depend on the scientific and technology innovation. The paper draws a view on four periods of development in cultural industry and makes a further discussion on the cultural industry growth cycle. Then the author refers to this background to explore the rules between technological innovation and the development of the cultural industry. Finally, the paper points out that we should rely on the scientific and technology innovation to realize the great development of cultural industry.
