摘要
以资源基础论为理论依据,以钢铁企业为背景,从企业发展需要具备独特的、难于被模仿的资源角度出发,借助协同的方式与途径,提出了协同企业战略资源,能够实现企业具备不可替代竞争优势的过程模式,更进一步说明协同竞争优势后会带来更广泛的协同效应,为企业管理者制定战略给出了一种思路。
This paper on the basis of resource base theory, as the background of the iron and steel enterprises, from the point of view of enterprise development requires unique and difficult to be copied resources ,through synergies manner and the way, raised the process model of enterprises can achieve irreplaceable competitive advantage,by synergy enterprise strategy resources, further that synergy competitive advantage will be even more extensive synergies, given a line of thought of developing strategies for enterprise manages.
