毕业生择业的成功与否与其心理状态有很大关系。面对严峻的就业形势、众多的竞争对手,没有良好的心理准备、没有正确的择业技巧和方法是难以成功的。因此,毕业生在择业前,要有足够的思想准备克服那些极易出现的心理障碍,趋利避害,排除不良心理干扰,才能做到顺利就业。

Whether the undergraduate chose job successfully or not was related to their psychology state. Facing serious employment environment and lots of competitor, without good psychology preparation and correct job choosing technique it was hard to success. So, before choosing job, undergraduates should have enough ideological preparation, conquer the psychological obstacle, eliminate bad psychology interfence.
