摘要
从分析人力资本的定义和特点出发,明确了人力资本的产权构成,认为人力资本的所有权属于企业员工,使用权、收益权和处置权由企业和个人分享。提出了人力资源的激励机制创新就是让人力资本获得产权应有的权利收益,采取员工持股、股票期权等资本产权激励措施。
Based on analyzing the definition and character of human capital, this paper specified the composition of human capital property right, thought that the ownership of human capital belongs to enterprise employees, use right, profit right and disposal right shared by enterprise and employee. This paper provided that human resource incentive mechanism innovation was to make human capital obtain the due property right benefit, adopt capital property right incentive countermeasure such as employee stock ownership and stock option.
