摘要
在经济全球化的浪潮中中国的企业逐渐从封闭走向开放,由幼稚走向成熟。在企业建设方面,传统文化同西方的管理理念有着激烈的碰撞。面对来自世界的挑战和竞争,我们既不能仰仗自己身后强大的文化支柱而固步不前,对西方现代管理模式视而不见,也不能全盘否定传统文化,把西方管理模式奉为圭臬。在肯定传统文化的基础上发掘和探讨其对现代企业发展的潜在价值和借鉴意义。
In the environment of economical globalization, Chinese enterprises gradually developed from closed to opening, from naive to mature, in enterprise construction, traditional culture has intense impact with western management concept, facing the challenge and competition from the world, we can't only depend on our strong traditional culture, disregard the western modern management model, and we also can't deny traditional culture totally, make the western management model as the truth, this paper discussed the referential meaning of traditional culture to modern enterprise development based on affirming the traditional culture.
