水性纸塑环保干复胶的研制

Preparation of enviroment friendly aqueous adhesive for paper-plastic dry laminating

采用先乳化、后聚合工艺成功合成一种聚合物乳液。该乳液具有自交联性,对双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)膜以及油墨和纸张表面具有良好粘接性,适应辊涂涂布,干燥速度快,可取代传统的甲苯体系复膜胶。复合产品适应模切、裱瓦和压纹。还研究了丙烯酸等单体对产品性能的影响。

Using preemulsion and post polymerization a polymer emulsion was synthesized. The emulsion is selfcrosslinkable and has good adhesion to BOPP film, printing ink and paper, perfect applying capacity for roll coating and hegh drying rate, so that, the emulsion can replace the tranditional toluene-based laminating adhesive. The laminates obtained with the emulsion are suitable for mould-cutting, backing and embossing. This paper also studied the effect of acrylic acid monomer and other factors on the product properties.
