摘要饲料营养价值的准确评价是研究动物营养需要和进行日粮配方的前提和基础。在评定饲料营养价值的方法中，尼龙袋法（Nylon Bag Technique）和动物的消化过程紧密结合，其测定结果同体内试验具有良好的可比性，且重复性好、操作相对简单，便于大批样品的研究，在评定饲料营养价值（特别是蛋白质和氨基酸营养）方面被广泛采用．Orskov和McDonald等还提议建立尼龙袋法的饲料养分标准数据库。
