夏利威志轿车中立柱下护板聚丙烯专用料的研究

Study on Special PP Material for Lower Guard Plate of Middle Pillar of Xiali Weizhi Car

探讨了采用双螺杆挤出机生产夏利威志轿车中立柱下护板聚丙烯专用料的配方和工艺;分析了不同聚丙烯的性能,研究了各种增韧剂和增强剂对聚丙烯专用料性能(拉伸强度、冲击强度、耐热性、成型收缩率等)的影响。并根据夏利威志轿车中立柱下护板的使用要求,确定了最佳专用料配方。

The formulation and technology of special PP material for lower guard plate of middle pillar of Xiali Weizhi car produced by twin-screw extruder were discussed, the properties of different kinds of PP were analyzed, the effects of different tougheners and reinforers on properties （tensile strength, impact strength, heat stability, heat shrinkage rate, etc） of PP were studied. The optimum formulation of the special material was determined according to the application requirement of lower guard plate of middle pillar of Xiali Weizhi car.
