摘要
本文着重阐述了SiCp/Al复合材料断裂韧性的影响因素,其影响因素有增强相的尺寸、形状以及含量,热处理工艺,基体与增强相具有不同的膨胀系数,金属基体的化学成份等,笔者在前人研究的基础上提出了几点设想.
This thesis mainly analyses the influential factors of the fracture toughness of SiCp particulate-reinforced Al matrix, the size, the shape and the volume fraction of SiCp particulate, the methods of thermal treatment, the different coefficient of expansion of matrix and reinforcement, the different chemical components of matrix, and then the paper presents several tentative ideas from the study of predeceesors.
