摘要
Cache命中率在现代处理器研究中越来越重要,本文以二维数组为例探讨存储结构Cache命中率的影响.并提出二维数组的以块为主序的存储结构,这种存储结构能较好地保持数据的空间局部性,从而减少了由于数据的空间局部性的破坏而引起的性能的损失.
Cache hit ratio has become more and more important on the study of mordern CPU.Taking 2-D array for example, the paper presents the effect of storage structure on Cache hit ratio and shows the storage structure of 2-D array based on block major order. This storage structure could keep better spatial locality of data, which reducing the performance loss caused by the damage of spatial locality.
