摘要
随着对交流等离子体显示板(ACPDP)电压变化原因的探讨、新型表面保护材料的开发研究以及为除去污染而对制造工艺的调整,ACPDP正在获得极好的寿命特性。介质保护膜直接与放电气体相接触,其材料和表面状况是决定ACPDP寿命及放电特性的重要因素,因而保护膜材料的选择尤为重要。本文叙述了保护层材料应具备的特性及其选择标准,就ACPDP保护膜中所用的材料及其特性进行了分析总结。
it is known that AC plasma display panels have been obtaining the excellent life performance through understanding of the cause of voltage changes,surface overcoat materials research,and adjustment of the manufacturing process to eliminate contaminants. The protecting layer over the dielectric layer is in contact with the discharge-gas directly,the effect of its materials and surface conditions on the life and discharge characteristics of the AC PDP is very great. So the selection of materials for the protecting layer is very important. In this paper the required performance and criteria for this materials of protecting layer are described,all materials used for AC PDP protecting lay6r are summarized and their performance is analyzed as well.
