摘要
在信用卡业务开展的过程中,银行积累了大量有关客户的人口特征、消费、取现、还款以及催收行为等历史数据,适合采用数据挖掘模型给管理人员提供大量的具有高度预测力的信息.本文讨论了数据挖掘技术在信用卡业务中的业务应用.
In the credit card service development process, the bank accumulates a massive of customers' historical data related as the individual characteristics, expenses, funds interaction, for the purpose to make suitable use of the data mining model to provide massively to the administrative personnel which has a high forecast to strengthen information. This article discusses the data mining technology in the credit card service application.
