摘要 选用武育粳3号(粳稻)和扬稻6号(籼稻)两个水稻品种,设置三个不同播期以探讨结实期温度对不同粒位稻米镁、钾元素含量的影响。结果表明,不同粒位水稻籽粒的镁、钾元素含量以及Mg/K均以强势粒最低,中间型籽粒居中,弱势粒最高;随播种期推后,水稻结实期温度降低,不同粒位稻米Mg、K含量均呈降低的趋势,但Mg/K值则随温度降低而增大,有利于稻米品质的改善。 Two types of rice - Wuyujing 3 and Yangdao 6 are selected to be planted in three different dates in order to discuss the effects of fructicative period temperature on the magnesium and kalium content of different spikelet position grain. The result shows that there are differences in the magnesium and kalium content of different spikelet position grain. The Mg and K content and the Mg/K ration of the superior spikelet position grain are the highest. Those of the inferior spikelet position grain take the opposite condition. And those of the intermediate are in the middle. As the sowing date is postponed, the fructicative period temperature of rice falls down, and the Mg and K contents of different spikelet positions all decrease while the Mg/K ratios increase which is good for improving the rice quality.
