摘要
为了取得良好的体育教学效果,高校体育教师需要不断改进教学方法和教学模式。一种新型的教学模式——分层次教学模式正在探索。通过分层次教学教师发挥了主导作用,教学也“有的放矢”,学生成为教学活动的主体,发展了学生的个性,培养了学生的特长,使教学效果明显提高。
university physical education teachers need to improve teaching method and teaching mode in order to achieve better teaching effect. A new teaching mode, hierarchy teaching mode, is being probed. By hierarchy teaching, the teacher plays a leading role and has a definite object in teaching, students become the center of teaching activities, their personalities and unique skills are developed, and therefore the teaching effect is improved obviously.
