The paper anlyzes three date communication networks of the RS422/485 bus-mastering net, the field bus and Ethernet, points out Ethernet is the development direction of the date traffic networks at the integrated automatic system of transformer substation, and that the embedded Ethernet is the new trend of developing the communication network in the intergrated automatic system of transformer substation.
