摘要
分析了一个供应商和一个零售商组成的供应链,当市场需求为市场价格的非线性函数,市场需求和生产成本同时发生扰动时,建立了该供应链的动态模型.根据扰动的不同程度将模型分为4种情形并分别求出最优解.研究发现,当需求和生产成本发生扰动时,会引起生产计划的改变,而生产计划的改变会产生偏差费用,由于偏差费用的存在使原计划具有一定的鲁棒性.该模型的建立为今后根据模型进行决策、建立供应链协调机制奠定基础.
This paper analyzes that the market demand is the non-linear function of market price in a supply chain with one supplier and one retailer, and presents a dynamic model of the supply chain when the market demand and production cost have disruptions at the same time. In view of the degrees of disruption, the optimal solutions corresponding to the disruption supply chain can be categorized as four cases. The results obtained in this paper show that demand disruption and production cost disruption will lead to the alteration of the production plan, which in turn often causes deviation cost, whose existence is the reason why the original plan has some robustness. The establishment of the model provides the foundation of making decisions and building supply chain coordination mechanism.
