对安钢3号高炉炉凉的原因及处理进行了总结分析,认为超计划时间休风、负荷调整不到位、炉墙渣皮脱落及塌滑料是炉凉的主要原因,采用集中加焦、降低焦炭负荷、调整装料制度及堵风口等措施,恢复正常生产。

The reasons of No. 3 BF furnace cooling and treatment are summarized and analysed at Angang. The main reasons of furnace cooling such as exceeding planned time blowing-down, load adjusting is not suitable ,furnace wall slag-metal skull fails off and collapse, some measures are adpoted, for example, centralized addition coke, reduced coke load, adjustment loading system, plugging tuyere and so on, the normal production is recovered.
