摘要
SIFT(选择离子流动管)装置主要应用于离子与中性分子反应动力学研究,最近已应用于对大气和呼吸气体中夜星气体浓度做快速测量和定量分析。浪星气体最低可检测浓度达IOPPb;测量时间响应为20ms。本文介绍了该技术的理论背景和实验装置,以及测量数据的可靠性验证情况,还描述了使用这一技术所开展的探索性应用研究的现状。最后讨论了该技术在医疗诊断、健康和保健监测、生物医学研究、大气环境分析、食品质量检验等领域的潜在应用价值。
Selected-ion flow tube (SIFT) technique for the study of ionic reaction in thegas phase has recently been developed and used as a sensitive and quantitative methodfor the real-time analysis of the trace gases mixed in air and human breath- Its detectivesensibility is as high as about 1O parts per billion and the time of analysis about 20ms.
