摘要
本文通过求解气体放电中的泊松方程及热传导方程,从理论上研究在两平板电极间直流电激励CO2激光混合气体的温度效应,分析了放电参量对温度分布的影响.
Poisson and heat conduction equations in the gas discharge haVe been stud-ied. The thermal effect of the CO2 laser mixtures excited by DC discharge between twoplanar-electrodes is investigated theoretically,and the effects of discharge parameter ontemperature distribution obtained.
