摘要 提出了基于视频的铁路列车车号的识别系统,为铁路列车设计了一种全新的列车车号识别方法.系统通过对铁路现有设备的利用优化了列车图像的采集方法,同时提出用图像的色彩信息准确进行列车车牌图像定位分割和以像素面积原理为基础的搜索寻优进行列车车牌倾斜校正.在字符分割与识别部分使用了改善后的快速准确算法对列车车号进行处理.各个部分均采用改进了的针对性强、实用、快捷的算法和技术,完成了对列车车号识别的功能. Based on the video,the train's number recognition system is proposed and a new method of the train's number recognition is designed. In the system,the train image acquisition method is optimized with the use of existing equipment. And then, the methods of accurate positioning train's license plate image and segmenting it with the color information of image, and the searching optimal method of correct tilted train s plates based on the principles of pixel's area are proposed. In character segmentation and recognition, the improved algorithm for fast and accurate processing train's number is used. All parts make use of the improved well-targeted,practical and efficient algorithms and techniques to complete the train's number recognition function.
