摘要
以环氧树脂粘合剂作为结构胶进行金属与非极性硫化橡胶的粘接,通过对硫化橡胶进行紫外线、臭氧、紫外线+臭氧处理,测试橡胶与金属粘接的剪切强度,分析了处理橡胶的时间对橡胶与金属粘接性能的影响.
The epoxy resin adhesive is used as structure adhesive to bond metal and non-polarity rubber. Through processing on vulcanized rubber by ultraviolet, ozone and UVO, the bonding shear strength of rubber and metal is tested, and the effect of rubber handling time on rubber and metal bonding performance is discussed.
