新环境下对上海建设国际金融中心的战略思考

进入21世纪,我国的经济与金融业飞速发展,为上海建设国际金融中心奠定了基础。上海的定位应以内需型国际金融中心和类似伦顿城的集中型模式较为适合。在建设国际金融中心的过程中应当注重提高金融市场化程度,加强金融信息化建设和金融人才的培养,在强调金融创新的同时完善金融监管体系。

Entering 21st Century,China＇s economy and financial industry development are speeding up,this provides with a good chance for Shanghai to construct a world-class international financial center.My opinion,it＇s proper for Shanghai to set the mode as a convergent and self-serving financial center.And in the course of financial center construction,we need lay stress on enhancing marketization level,strengthening financial information system and building up a talents training center.Meanshile,we have to improve our financial inspection and regulation system while main-taining a dynamic environment for financial innovation.
