摘要
对于分析周期长,时滞严重的成分控制对象,本文给出了一个新的计算机控制算法,可以补偿由于取样时间间隔不确定的不利影响以及离线分析造成的不确定纯滞后的不利影响.本文还以混合釜成分串级比值控制系统为例,介绍了实现该控制算法的成分数字调节器的具体方法.
A product quality microcomputer controlled scheme as well as a computer close-loop controlalgorithm is developed for a long analysis period and long pure lag time composition process. The algorithmcan compensate the disadvantage arised from variable sample interval and pure lag time. The algorithm isapplied to controlling the product composition of a CSTB,as main controller of the cascade and ratio controlsystem,to demonstrate the implementation of the digital controller based on the algorithm.
