宝安区对循环经济的实践及其认知

近年来,我国经济高速发展,对资源的需求日益增加,而生态环境越发不堪重负,传统的经济发展模式已不能适应社会发展的需要。循环经济是一种运用生态学规律来指导人们进行经济实践活动的经济发展模式。对于我国现阶段的经济发展来说,运用这一新的经济发展模式,既是实现可持续发展战略的实际需要,也是一种适时的客观要求和一种必要的战略转移。本文以深圳市宝安区为例,具体考察了该地区营造循环经济发展模式良好环境、及这种模式在该地区实施的基本措施和效果,提高了人们对这种经济发展模式的感性认知。

In recent years,economy is developing with very high speed in China and the demands for resources is consequently growing everyday,but burns on ecologic environment become more and more intolerable,and the traditional developing mode of economy can not meet the requirements of society development any longer.Recycling economy is a developing mode of economy using ecology rules to instruct people in economic practical activities.For the recent economic development in our country,using this new economic developing mode is not only the actual requirement in implementing sustainable development strategy,but also kind of timely impersonal requirement and a kind of essential strategy transferring.In this article the author takes Bao＇an district in Shenzhen city as a example,and reviewed in details of this district building good environment for recycling economy developing mode and of the basic measures and effects of this kind of mode being carried out in this district promoting people＇s perceptual cognition to this kind of economy developing mode.
