摘要
随着金融全球化、自由化的迅猛发展,外资银行不断涌入我国,势必与我国商业银行展开激烈的竞争,而竞争最大的威胁便是人才的大量流失。本文结合国有商业银行人才的非专用性特征,分析了人才流失的动因,并根据这一重要特征提出了遏制人才流失的相关对策。
With the rapid development of financial internationalization and globalization,foreign banks rush into China continuously.In-evitably,they will compete with China's state-run commercial banks fiercely.Dropping of a great many talents is the biggest threat to the state-run commercial bank.This paper used the character of non-specific talents to analyze the cause of brain drain,and combine the important character and propose solving the problem.
